Frieden schaffen bedeutet, die Verwirklichung des Gemeinwohls. Ein solcher Mentalitäts- und Politikwechsel ist dringend notwendig, die Hochschulen können und müssen als Orte sozialen Engagements, streitbarer Kontroverse sowie kritischer Bildung und Wissenschaft stärker Bedeutung erlangen – dafür sind wir als Hochschulgruppe engagiert.

In Solidarity out of the Crisis – Committed to Social Reform and Peace

Building peace means placing the realization of the common good. Such a change of mentality and politics is urgently needed, universities can and must gain more importance as places of social engagement, contentious controversy, and critical education and scholarship – this is what we as a university group are committed to.
